AI outputs

heph ai provides AI-assisted business ideas, copy, campaigns, websites, and recommendations. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your exact use case. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and legally clearing content before publishing or using it.

Published websites and leads

You are responsible for any website you publish through heph ai, including claims, offers, images, testimonials, prices, privacy notices, consent language, and lead handling. You must comply with applicable marketing, consumer protection, privacy, and email laws.

Referrals and affiliate codes

Each eligible account may receive a personal referral link. The referrer receives 100 credits after a referred account completes its first successful Pro or Scale purchase. A referred account can qualify only once, and Entry purchases do not qualify. We may withhold, reverse, pause, or revoke referral benefits for refunds, disputes, fraud, spam, abuse, self-referrals, misleading promotion, manipulation, or other behavior that harms the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use heph ai for illegal, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not publish spam, malware, phishing, harassment, hate, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, payment requirements, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Do not submit content you do not have rights to use.

Integrations and third-party services

Some features may connect to third-party providers such as payment, database, authentication, AI, email, or automation services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual property

heph ai and its software, design, branding, workflows, and platform materials are owned by heph ai or its licensors. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay amounts due, abuse referrals, or use the platform in a way that could harm users, providers, or heph ai.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, heph ai disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
